THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAMAVARAPU RAJESHWAR RAO WRIT PETITION No.15143 of 2004 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) Writ Petition is filed challenging the termination orders dated 24.02.2003 issued by 3rd respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that let the petitioner be permitted to submit a detailed representation seeking re-instatement into service and let the respondents consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with.

Learned counsel for the respondents has agreed in principal for disposal of the writ petition permitting the petitioner to submit a detailed representation to the respondents and upon such representation, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders.

This Court, having considered the rival submissions made by the parties, is of the considered view that this Writ

AKS,J &RRN,J W.P.No.15143 of 2004 Petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a detailed representation within one (01) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order taking his claim for re-instatement into service and upon such representation being received, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in another eight (08) weeks thereafter.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
