In the present writ petition, challenge is to the alleged inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent-Station House Officer in filing charge sheet in F.I.R.No.688 of 2015.

Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home that still enquiry is pending and the same will be completed as expeditiously as possible.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent-Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Nampally, Hyderabad to complete the investigation and file final report in F.I.R.No.688 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
