HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.22610 OF 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, counsel for the petitioners as well as Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.17163 of 2019, dated 09.12.2019, and contended that the present writ petition also be allowed in terms of the above said order. In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 09.12.2019 in W.P.No.17163 of 2019, this writ petition is also allowed. The respondents are directed to pay 100% gross salary to the petitioners from August, 2016 onwards and continue to pay the petitioners in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
