The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents are not releasing the death benefits of her brother by name Parrepati Mallikarjun under policy bearing No.647726593. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondentCorporation submits that the claim of the petitioner was admitted and an amount of Rs.10,98,750/- (Rupees ten lakhs ninety eight thousand and seven fifty only) was paid to the petitioner.
