Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy Distri':t' (hereinafter referred to as "the subject property"), the pres€'nt Writ Petition is filed.
4, Learned counsel for the petitroner submits that though the petitioner secured a valid oniine slot in accordance lvith the procedure contemplated under the 'lt:langana Bhu Bharatt (Record of Rights in Land) Rules' 2025 (for short' "the Rules"), the Registering Authoritv is not completing the registratlon Process 5.

Having regard to the submissions made above, this Writ PetitionisdisposedofwithadirectiontotheReglsterlng Authority to recei'.'e and process the documents presented b1' the petitioner pursuant to Slot Booking and Advisory Application No 2600426873, in accordance 'r'rth law' subject to the petitioner complying with the provisions of the Rules'
r,r,ithin a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It will be open to the Registering Authority to refuse the documents presented before him, if he has any objection, after assigning reasons for such refusal and communicate the same to the petitioner. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case as to the entitlement of the petitioner to get the subject documents registered.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
