HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.19379 of 2017 ORDER:
1) The present writ petition came to be filed with the following relief:
" issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent indulging in civil disputes, calling the petitioner in his office, making him to sit hours together, forcing him to pay the amount to the third respondent and threatening to register false cases against the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violation of fundamental rights of the petitioner; and consequently direct the second respondent not to indulge in civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent."
2) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) submits that pursuant to the report given by the third respondent, the second respondent called the petitioner to the police station to enquire into the matter.
3) In view of the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and third respondent. However, if any action is sought to be taken against the petitioner the same shall be in accordance with the provisions established under law.
4) There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
