HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE WRIT PETITION No. 11587 of 2010 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. None appears for the respondents.

While admitting the writ petition on 22.12.2010, the following interim order was passed on W.P.M.P.No.14685 of 2010.

"There shall be interim direction to the respondents not to construct any transformer affecting the petitioner's house plot in Survey No.2047/AA in an extent of 117.16 square yards, situated at Jagithyal Village and Mandal, Karimnagar District, unless the petitioner is issued with a notice and his objections are heard and disposed of."

Having regard to the nature of the interim order, this writ petition is disposed of in terms thereof.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
