This Contempt Case, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, is filed by the petitioner seeking to summon and punish the respondents for the wilful disobedience of the order, dated 29.04.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.9341 of 2019. 2.

Heard both sides and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, learned Government Pleader for Revenue brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the aforesaid order, respondent No.2 had disposed of the application of the petitioner, vide order dated 20.01.2020.

In view of the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
