SMT JUSTICE T. RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.11044 of 2011 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.259 of 2010 of III Town Police Station, Anantapur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323 and 354 IPC.

Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the police after due investigation in the aforesaid crime, filed charge sheet.

In view of the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a discharge application before the Court below by raising all the contentions which are raised before this Court.

Miscellaneous petition, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
