ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner, being the President of Indukurupet Mandal Prajaparishad, is that respondent No.5, far exceeding his jurisdiction, is getting resolutions passed without the consent of the petitioner in a highhanded manner and issuing orders for implementation of such resolutions. The petitioner is further aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.4 in considering her representation for initiating action against respondent No.5.
Learned counsel representing Mr.Golla Sheshadri, learned standing counsel for Panchayat Raj institutions, submitted that as per the endorsement, dated 01.09.2015, a copy of which has been filed by the petitioner herself, respondent No.4 called for report from respondent No.5 on the petitioner's representation, dated 27.07.2015, and that the latter has accordingly submitted his report. He has further submitted that respondent No.4 will consider the representation of the petitioner and the report of respondent No.5 and take an appropriate decision thereon.
In view of the above submissions, respondent No.4 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and the report of respondent No.5, take an appropriate decision and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Subject to the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.46520 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous. _________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 05th November, 2015 GHN
