Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.3 in registering the complaint given by the petitioner dated 19-04-2018, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.154 of 2018 was registered on 12-06-2018 on the file of Bhimunipatnam Bhimili Police Station, Visakhapatnam District.

In view of the same, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
