Learned senior counsel Sri G.Vidya Sagar, appearing for Sri V.Ramesh Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner on record, on instructions, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition in view of Writ Petition No.20643 of 2018 filed concerning the same issue.

Recording the same, Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioners to prosecute the Writ Petition No.20643 of 2018. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
