This petition is filed by the petitioner-A2 seeking to relax the conditions imposed by the V Additional Metropolitan Sessions Court (Mahila Court) , Hyderabad vide order dated 19.5.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.1277 of 2015.

The main prayer of the petitioner is to extend the time granted by the Court below to the petitioner to surrender his passport. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the time granted by the learned V Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad to the petitioner to surrender his passport is extended for a period of 30 days from today.
