ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: ".....to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the inaction of the 2nd respondent in showing the boundary in respect of the plot admeasuring 145 Sq metres situated at Kakatiya Autonagar in Sy.No.4322 (Part) Mattewada Village, Warangal Mandal and Warangal District even after lapse of 8 years of registration of the sale deed bearing Doc.No.145/20143 dt 7.1.2013 and in terms of his own letter dt 22.11.2017 bearing Lr.No. 1077/TSIIC/0-WGL/RTI Act, 2005/2017 as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
Heard learned counsel on either side.
A counter-affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents contending that the respondents have fixed the boundaries in pursuance of the interim order granted by this Court on 13.06.2018. In view of the subsequent development during pendency of the writ petition, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.
Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and it has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
