When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner in spite of listing the matter under the caption 'For Dismissal'. This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in treating the petitioner as apprentice consequent upon her absorption into aided service. The issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment dated 22.08.2013 rendered by this Court in W.A.No.202 of 2012 wherein the Division Bench of this Court held that the persons who were absorbed into aided service are entitled to be granted regular pay scale instead of granting apprenticeship allowance.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 22.08.2013 in W.A.No.202 of 2012 and the petitioner is entitled for benefits consequent upon her absorption into aided service. No order as to costs.
