HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 2113 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed. Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in the charge sheet against petitioner/A1, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Hence, the petitioner/A1 is directed to face trial and submit all defenses available to him before the trial court for consideration.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
