HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Writ Petition No.6680 of 2009 ORDER:

The tender notification dated 01.03.2009 was for supply of vessels and shamiyana equipment to Kalyanamandapams in the premises of Sri Ramanama Sankeerthana Sangam, Ramnagar, Vijayawada, for the period from 01.04.2008 to 30.03.2011. The period stipulated in the tender notification expired more than six years ago. It is evident, therefore, that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court, and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
