Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cause in the contempt case does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the same, the Contempt Case is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
