C.R.P.M.P.No.2987 of 2016 is filed to permit the petitioner to withdraw civil revision petition.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, permission is accorded and C.R.P.M.P.No.2987 of 2016 is ordered. Consequently, C.R.P.No.6014 of 2001 is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
