Though petitioners have filed this Writ Petition seeking renewal of license issued to them for the period 2013-18 in terms of G.O.Ms.No.190Agrl.
& Co-Operation(Mktg.I) Department dt.06.04.1994 without reference to G.O.Ms.No.57 Agriculture & Co-operation dt.12.10.2015, counsel for petitioners states that petitioners would apply for license to operate from today and not for the period of 2013-18 which expired on 31.03.2018 and seeks a direction for consideration of the said application by the respondents.

Sri Chintapally Srinivas, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 4 & 5 states that if any fresh application is filed by the petitioners for future period, respondents 4 and 5 will consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (04) weeks of receipt of such application. 3.
In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to submit a fresh application seeking license for the future period for doing business within the jurisdiction of the 5th respondent-Market Committee by complying with all the requisite formalities and if such an application is filed, respondents 4 & 5 shall take appropriate action in that regard within four (04) weeks of the submission of the application.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
