HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT C.R.P.M.P. No. 5656 of 2017 in C.R.P.No. 4299 of 2017 & C.R.P.No. 4299 of 2017 O R D E R:- This Civil Revision Petition is filed alleging non-passing of orders in I.A.No. 848 of 2015 in O.S.No. 4 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Additional District Judge, Narsaraopet, Guntur District.

Along with the revision petition, the petitioners have filed Miscellaneous Petition i.e. C.R.P.M.P.No. 5656 of 2017 seeking a direction to the Additional District Judge, Narsaraopet, Guntur District to dispose of the pending I.A.No. 848 of 2015 in O.S.No. 4 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible. It is stated in the accompanying affidavit that I.A.No. 848 of 2015 was filed before the trial Court on 28.11.2015 and it is evident from the material on record that counter affidavit to that application has been filed by respondent Nos.1 to 3, 5 to 11, 15 and 17, on 23.12.2015 however, till date, no orders have been passed in the application.

Keeping in view the averments made in the Miscellaneous Petition as well as the grounds of the Revision Petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court directs the Additional District Judge, Narsaraopet, Guntur District to dispose of I.A.No. 848 of 2015 in O.S.No. 4 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably,

SKK,J CRPMP_5656_&_CRP_4299_2017 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording opportunities to the parties. Accordingly, C.R.P.M.P.No.5656 of 2017 and C.R.P.No. 4299 of 2017 are allowed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
