Learned Government Pleader for Revenue represents that in view of Repealing Act of the Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act, 1976, repealed by the Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Repeal Act, 1999 (Act 15 of 1999), the proceedings initiated by the Government automatically stands abated. In that view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in the instant writ petition.

2. Accordingly, the instant Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 3 . As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, stand disposed of.
