After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this Criminal Petition with liberty to raise all defences open to the petitioner before the trial Court.

Granting liberty as sought, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
