Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents. 2.

It is the grievance of petitioner that petitioner had filed an appeal along with stay application on 10-05-2018 before the 2nd respondent challenging the order dt.28-03-2018 of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Bandar, Krishna District and that 2nd respondent has neither taken up the stay petition nor the appeal for hearing.

Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents states that 2nd respondent will decide the appeal within one week from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by petitioner within one week from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and pending appeal, there shall be stay of all further proceedings pursuant to order dt.28-03-2018 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Bandar, Krishna District in Rc.C.No.1984/2017. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
