This writ petition is hled seeking direction in the nature of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the Cr.No.315 of 2015 registered for offences punishable under sections 5O4, 5O6 of IpC and Section 3 (i) (x) of Sc ST (POA) Act against the petitioners on the false complaint of the 4th respondent and quash the same. 2.
