THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.19697 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Narasismha Goud, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners herein submitted a representation on 01.05.2018 before the HMDA-first respondent herein but no action has been taken so far.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any such representation is pending consideration before the second respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law. Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to verify the representation, dated 01.05.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, and pass appropriate orders, after giving opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
