Mr.Gade Venkateswara Rao, for the present, does not press the writ prayer, however, seeks liberty to petitioners for filing appeal against the orders impugned in the writ petition, for the petitioners or their predecessors- in- interest etc. were not put on notice at all. By granting the liberty as prayed for, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
