HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23229 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard Sri K. R. Srinivas, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri Lokanadham Uma Shankar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2, and learned Government Pleader for School Education appearing for respondent No.3. The petitioner is appointed as an Attender in the 2nd respondent School. Charges were levelled against the petitioner making certain allegations and disciplinary enquiry was proposed to be conducted. Simultaneously, she was suspended by proceedings, dated 12.05.2015.

It is contended by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that there is no basis for the charges levelled against the petitioner and she is being continued under prolonged suspension, without conducting enquiry.

Under these circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission, directing the respondents to conduct enquiry and pass final orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy f this order, failing which the petitioner shall stand reinstated into service. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
