This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondent Nos 3 and 4 in interfering in the civil disputes in respect of the petitioner's agricultural land to an extent of Ac.2-19 cents in Sy.No.156 situated at Ballipalli Village and Grampanchayat, Kanigiri Mandal, Prakasam District. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions stating that since the issue raised by the petitioner is civil in nature, the Tahsildar, Kanigiri has not taken any action for eviction of the petitioner from the subject land and endorsement to that effect was also issued to both the parties. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of respondent No.5, a case in Cr.No.

90 of 2018 was registered on 04-05-2018 against the petitioner and Tahsildar, Kanigiri Mandal issued proceedings regarding measurement of the land in Sy.No.56 admeasuring Ac.2-19 cents and necessary police protection was provided for measurement of said land. It is also stated that the respondents are not interfering in civil disputes between the petitioner and the 5th respondent.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
