THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 25113 of 2016 O R D E R:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh) on behalf of the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that though she has presented a document in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.4.25 cents, situated in Sy.No.67/A of Abbireddypalle h/o Venkatapuram Village, Dhone Mandal, Kurnool District, for registration, 2nd Respondent-Joint Sub-Registrar, Dhone has not received the same alleging that the above said land is included in the list of prohibited property register. The learned Government Pleader is fair enough to submit that 2nd Respondent will receive the document submitted by the petitioner and if he is not inclined to register the said document, he will pass an order under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908 (in short "the Act") and communicate the same to the petitioner. In view of the said submission, Respondent No.

2 is directed to receive the document presented by the petitioner and consider the same for registration. In case, Respondent No.2 is not inclined to register it, he shall pass a reasoned order under Section 71 of the Act within four weeks from the date of submission of the document and communicate the same to the petitioner.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with this order. No costs.

Consequently, the Miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
