HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.8235 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.7798 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant in Crime No.227 of 2016 of Saifabad Police Station, Hyderabad and the learned Magistrate has taken for the offence punishable under Section 385 IPC and Section 66 of Information and Technology Act, 2008, are present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

2) In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
