THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.840 of 2016 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners filed a letter, dated 20.09.2017, before the Registry stating that he was instructed that the petitioners have decided to withdraw the suit with liberty to file a fresh comprehensive suit and instructed to withdraw the present civil revision petition. In the letter, a request is also made to list the matter under the caption "for withdrawal".

In view of the request made in the letter, permission is accorded to withdraw the civil revision petition.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
