Petitioner prays for Mandamus complaining against respondents 2 and 3, at the instance of respondent No.4, in trying to dispossess or evict the petitioner from D.No.1-427, Maredumilli Village and Mandal, East Godavari District without following procedure stipulated by law as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

Counsel for respondents seeks time to get instructions. 3.

Having perused the annexures filed along with the writ petition and being satisfied that the possession of petitioner for the present is, prima facie, acceptable, the writ petition is disposed of by this order: Respondents 2 and 3 are directed not to dispossess petitioner from D.No.1-427, Maredumilli Village and Mandal, East Godavari District except in accordance with law. This Court has not examined the merits of the matter or rival claims between petitioner and the fourth respondent. As and when a cause is taken up, the same shall be independently considered and appropriate orders passed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
