Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subject matter involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 06-11-2015 passed in WP No.31374 of 2015 and batch by this Court in an identical matter. This submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is not disputed by the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is allowed for the reasons stated and in terms of the order dated 06-11-2015 passed in WP No.31374 of 2015. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
