THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.19815 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue). The Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that a few commissions have come to the notice of Tahsildar/respondent No.3, therefore, the Tahsildar proposes to initiate resumption proceedings under the A.P Assignment Lands (POT) Act, 1977. In other words, it is stated that the respondents would follow the procedure prescribed by law for interfering with petitioner's possession and enjoyment of petition schedule property. The statement is placed on record and accepted. This Court has not examined the merits of the matter but the writ petition is disposed of basing on the statement made by the respondents. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
