HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.6510 of 2019 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-A2 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.235 of 2015 on the file of the Judl. I Class Magistrate (Spl. Mobile) at Nalgonda, 2.

During the course of hearing, the only relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the concerned Magistrate to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Judl. Magistrate of I Class (Spl. Mobile) at Nalgonda, is hereby directed to conclude the trial in C.C.No.235 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
