THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.4525 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare action of respondents in not promoting petitioner as Junior Accounts Officer in the existing vacancy as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to Articles 14 and 16 of Constitution of India.

2. This Court directed respondents by way of interim direction in WPMP.No.5963 of 2003 dated 18.04.2003 to consider case of petitioner in next immediate vacancy as per law.

3. Advocate for petitioner submitted that, in view of interim orders, no further orders are necessary.

4. Considering submission of advocate for petitioner, Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of interim order dated 18.04.2003.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
