This appeal is filed under Order 43 Rule 1 CPC assailing the order dated 09.09.2005 passed in A.S.No.22 of 2004 on the file of the Court of IV Additional District Judge, Guntur, arising out of the judgment and decree of II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur in O.S.No.1213 of 2000, dated 31.10.2003. 2.

As per the list furnished by the Registry, the suit was disposed of on 20.11.2017. In view of the disposal of suit, no purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending. 3.

Hence, the C.M.A. is dismissed as infructuous. 4.

Accordingly, M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn at the stage of SR. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
