In view of settlement of the matter before Lok Adalat and passing of award by the Lok Adalat, the award passed by the Lok Adalat is recorded in the present appeal and no further orders are required to be passed in this appeal.

2. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
