ORDER:

Heard.

2. Petitioner alleges that no action is taken by the respondent-police, particularly respondent No.5, though petitioner has filed a complaint even with the Superintendent of Police as early as on 30.01.2015.

3. Instructions of the learned Government pleader, however, show that neither respondent No.5 has received any complaint, as referred to above, nor any endorsement is received from the office of Superintendent of Police.

4. In the absence of any proof of the said complaint, therefore, no further

directions can be given in the writ petition.

5. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as unnecessary. If any cause in the complaint still survives, petitioner is at liberty to make appropriate written complaint by approaching respondent No.5 and deliver it personally or by registered post with acknowledgment due and if such a complaint is received, respondent No.5 shall look into the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
