Nomula Bal Raj v. The Commissioner And Inspector General, Registration
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO W.P.No.1785 OF 2006
ORDER
This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "..to issue appropriate a writ, order, or direction, preferably in the nature of writ of Certiorari or in the alternative, Writ of Mandamus quashing/declaring the execution and registration of the document bearing No.172/06, dated 04.01.06 in the office of the 2nd respondent, as wholly illegal and untenable while holding that the directives contained in the Memo No.G1/4838/04, dt.17.12.2004 issued by the 1st respondent are illegal, irreational, arbitrary and not applicable to the petitioner and pass such order or orders as may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." The writ petition was dismissed as against the 3rd respondent way back on 23.06.2011 and no steps have been taken. In the circumstances, in the absence of the 3rd respondent, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the dismissal of the writ petition does not disentitle the petitioner from invoking appropriate legal remedies available under law. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ___________________________________ JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO 15th June, 2017 rkk
