THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.17481 of 2017 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

" to issue writ or direction preferably Writ of Mandamus declaring the in action on the part of the 2nd respondent in considering stay petition filed along with Revision on 1-5-2017 against the order issued by the 2nd respondent in Appeal dt:24-4-2017 confirming the cancellation proceedings RC.C/ 823/ 2014 dt.25-5-2016 issued by the 3rd respondent as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the stay petition or Revision itself within a reasonable time, and pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (A.P.) appearing for respondents and perused the material on record.

The only grievance of the petitioner is non-disposal of interim stay application, which was filed along with the revision before the 2nd respondent.

Hence, this Court feels it just instead of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of interim stay application, to dispose of the main revision itself within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of before admission.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
