Petition Under Article 226 of lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the part of the respondents in not paying the compensation for acquired land and buildings No.4-3-157 to 173, Ananthagiri road, Vikarabad as arbitrary and illegal and consequently pleased to direct the respondents to pay the compensation under the provisions of Land Acquisition Act forthwith.

NO: 22729 OF 2008) Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent to pay 80% of the compensation amount for the area already occupied by the Respondents for road widening purpose.
