Having regard to the order dt.17-06-2016 passed by this Court under C.R.P.No.2900 of 2016, between the same parties arising out of the same suit, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this Revision Petition. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
