THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.28501 OF 2013 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 5, placed on record the written instructions dated 05.10.2013 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Ghatkeser P.S., Cyberabad.

From the perusal of the written instructions, it is evident that the respondent-police never interfered with the civil dispute between the petitioners and the respondents 6 to 8 with regard to the land in Sy.No.5 situated at Edulabad Village, Ghatkeser Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, at any point of time. In fact, the petitioners are involved in Cr.No.434/2013 under Section 120-B, 406, 416, 420, 506 r/w 511 IPC and they are arraigned as A-1 to A-5 on the file of Ghatkeser P.S. Cyberabad. Except registering the above said crime against the petitioners and investigating there to, the respondent-police never harassed, threatened or interfered with the civil dispute between the petitioners and the respondents 6 to 8.

In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
