THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.21991 OF 2009 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not continuing the services of the petitioner as contract junior lecturer in Mathematics.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that by virtue of the interim order dated 28.10.2009 passed by this Court, the services of the petitioner were continued as contract junior lecturer in Mathematics and no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.

Having regard to the above said submission, this Court is of the considered view that since the services of the petitioner are being continued as junior lecturer in Mathematics by virtue of the interim order dated 28.10.2009 passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary. However, if the services of the petitioner is being replaced a regular lecturer, it is always open for him to challenge the same in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
