The case of the petitioner is that she is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.2.75 cents in Sy.No.39 of Santharavuru Revenue Village, Chinnaganjam Mandal, Prakasham District having purchased the same under registered sale deed dated 22.05.1999 vide Doc.No.1221/1999. After acquisition of title over the property, the petitioner filed an application before the respondents for grant of pattadar passbooks and title deeds and also requested the 4th respondent to enter her name in the revenue records. On such application, petitioner was granted pattadar passbooks and title deeds in her favour. The 4th respondent also amended 1-B Adangal and included the name of the petitioner as the owner of the subject property. While so, recently petitioner came to know that in Adangal pahani, the extent of land is shown as Ac.0.

25 cents instead of Ac.2.75 cents in Sy.No.39. Immediately, petitioner made representation dated 09.01.2016 to the respondents 2 to 4 about the mistake. As no action has been initiated so far, the present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without issuing notice to the petitioner, the extent of the land was reduced to Ac.0.25 cents from Ac.2.75 cents in the revenue records. Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the representation of the

petitioner in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and affected parties if any. The said exercise shall be done within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _______________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 18.04.2017 dv
