All the petitioners have attained the age of superannuation. In view of the same, no relief can be granted.

Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is made clear that if the petitioners are aggrieved, they are at liberty to submit a representation to the respondents for release of service benefits for the service rendered by them and on receiving such a representation, the respondents shall consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks. 3.
