HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.19659 of 2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri S.Arun Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri T.P.Ravi Shanker, learned counsel for the petitioner, would state that in the light of the subsequent developments in the form of a successful sale being held on 14.6.2018 by the Indian Over Seas Bank, it may be necessary for the petitioner to file a fresh case in relation to that cause of action. Learned counsel therefore seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive case raising all the concomitant issues. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty as aforestated. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
