HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1342 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in WP.No.19573 of 2017, dated 12-042018 wherein this Court directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13-02-2017 in the light of medical report dated 17-06-2016 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent submits that order has been passed on 01-08-2018 and counter affidavit is filed to that effect. A copy of order dated 01-08-2018 is also filed. In view of the same, I do not see any violation of orders passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order in accordance with law. As a sequel to the disposal of this case, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 21-01-2019 Nvl
